The North East Students Society of Delhi University (NESSDU), established in 2013, has been renowned for functioning as the apex body, taking charge of ensuring the welfare of the Northeast Indian students studying at Delhi University. It has been successfully serving the student body for nearly a decade, with its endeavors ranging from resolving grievances to engaging and escalating the reach of the community in terms of the accessibility of opportunities and resources, to encourage their participation in diverse domains of academia and allied activities. Recently on 19/02/2024 , they have conducted one Blood donation Camp at Srimanta Sankardeva Bhawan in association of Assam Association Delhi / AACET Trust with AIIMS , New Delhi where 40 + students have donated blood i n the day long event.
