Delhi Police North East Representatives (DPNER) are selected from nominations by Delhi NE 8 Students organisations /ngos based on aptitude for social work, clean record and after police character reports both from NE States and Delhi Police. It's purely voluntary basis, who are representatives of their state and act as bridge between people of their States and with city Police.
