After completed my education worked as a management Trainee in Hotel Cidade De Goa for a period of 6 Months.
Selected for ITDC Ashoka group as Management trainee in Qutab hotel in 1991 in campus interview,but due to political unrest could not continue (Mondal commission) ,Than join as Executive in Hotel Jukaso Inn New Delhi and worked till 2017 and headed the Group as Vice president(Jukaso Groupof Hotels) looking after 11 hotels in various part of India and one Japanese hostel cum Restaurant for Suzuki group
