Expression of Interest  are sought  from various parties  to acquire Stalls during the  Rongali Bihu Cultural Program Celebration  at New Delhi organized by Assam Association- Delhi  on 15th April , 2018 from 6 PM to 10 PM onwards in the premise of  the Indira Gandhi National Centre for  Arts ,  Mansingh Road , New Delhi

The Specification  of the stalls are as follows,

Covered  Tent house with     15 ft X 7.5 ft  area   with   One  5 Amp Socket , 2 Nos  of chairs, 1 No  of electrical Bulb   which  will cost  Rs  5,000/- ( Five thousand only) .   The specification may be customaries with additional resources if requests are  received well  in advanced.

Preference would be given to   a.  food craft  with Assamese /NE ethnic  food  i.e.  momo, rice thali etc  b. tea, coffee with snacks  c. Handloom/ Handicraft / other  products  including  d. promotional activities
