Sri Gauri Shankar Kalita who has reached Delhi on 2nd February 2020 walking alone from Guwahati, Assam covering around 2000 kms bringing message to revolutionize tree plantation amongst present generation of the society. He started the journey on 1st January 2020. During the 2 months journey by walking, each day he visited Police stations and planted tree involving local police.

On 3rd March 2020 he was invited to Srimanta Sankardev Bhawan, New Delhi at 7PM on special invitation through Assam Association, Delhi where he interacted and shared his long journey along with his mission & vision for future through tree plantation. Later he planted a tree within the campus of Srimanta Sankardeva Bhawan. He was praised by General Secretary, AAD for bringing his beautiful messages along with his relentless campaign for a greener Earth. Sri Sushubhan Talukdar also expressed satisfaction for his exemplary contribution to the society and advised him to involve more youths & students with him to make it a mass movement
